All events must adhere to all laws, guidelines, protocols, regulations and permissions from the Province of Ontario, Niagara Region Public Health and the City of St. Catharines.
The City of St. Catharines may waive fees to eligible applicants to help offset the fee(s) that would have been charged by the City related to the delivery or presentation of a single or multi-day festival or event which offers an inclusive experience to a wide range of participants.
