Request A Meeting With The Mayor

You can request a meeting with the Mayor of St. Catharines. The Mayor meets with residents, community organizations and businesses on a variety of issues as often as his schedule permits.

Due to the volume of requests received, meetings are generally 30 minutes to accommodate as many requests as possible.

Meeting Prioritization

We prioritize meeting requests based on time sensitivity or other factors, such as:

  • Background information and who would need to attend
  • Whether the matter can be resolved more efficiently without the need for a meeting
  • Whether the matter is in the City's area of jurisdiction
  • If the matter is not within the City or Mayor's jurisdiction, we will do our best to redirect you to where you can get assistance.

Meetings should be requested for issues that are of a city-wide nature and impact St. Catharines as a whole. Issues that are specific to a particular location or neighbourhood should first be discussed with the appropriate Ward Councillor.

Should you have any questions or experience any challenges with this form, please contact our office at 905-688-5601 ext. 1540 or mayor@stcatharines.ca.

Thank you,

Office of Mayor Mat Siscoe
