Farmers Market Stall Rental Non Profit - No Sales / Fundraising

There is no fees for non-profit or charitable organizations when there is no items for sale or fundraising occuring within the stall

Inside Stall Size - 8' x 8' Outside Stall Size - 10' x 10' (May to October)

Inside Stall Size - 8' x 8' Outside Stall Size - 10' x 10' (May to October)

• Thursday Stall Rate $7.08 + tax
• Saturday Stall Rate $13.70 + tax

Payment for stall fees are due prior to the attendance date. The below payment options are available:

• Submission of cheque made out to "The City of St. Catharines". Cheque must be received by date of event
• Submission of a credit card number to process
• Payment by cash or debit at City Hall, Seymour Hannah Sports and Entertainment Centre, or St. Catharines Kiwanis Aquatics Centre. Please provide the location with your permit number

I/We hereby submit my/our application for a stallholder’s space at the St. Catharines Farmer’s Market and hereby state that all the information is true, accurate and complete. I /We acknowledge that submission of this application does not guarantee that I/we will be assigned a stall. I/We agree that if my/our application is approved, I/we will enter into a vendor agreement with the City of St. Catharines before I/we are assigned a stall. I/We understand that payment will be paid by the 1st of every particpating month and no refunds will be issued.

Please note: the market coordinator reserves the right to inspect vendor stalls that sell food and food products to ensure public health food handling practices are in compliance. Any vendor that fails to pass inspection will be temporarily suspended from public sales until food handling requirements are met without refund of stall fees.
