By signing you acknowledge that the information provided is correct. You acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow all requirements outlined in the food vendor requirements and checklist. You understand that your booth may be inspected by Fire Services, and any other regulatory agency and that vendors found to not be in compliance or are operating in an unsafe manner will not be permitted to operate and may be subject to removal, inspection fees and/or prosecution.
