Memorial Tree Program Request Form

Apply for your choice of location, tree type and plaque wording. You can browse a list of memorial trees available.

Please submit your form no later than April 1 for a spring planting, or Sept. 1 for a fall planting. If your form is late, we will defer it to the next planting season.

We are no longer planting memorial trees alongside or at the following locations:

Payment Information

$712.35 (including all taxes and fees)

This fee covers the tree, planting the tree, general maintenance on the tree and a plaque.

The City will replace the tree within 3 years if the tree does not survive or is vandalized and will replace the plaque one time due to natural weathering.

The City will send you an invoice for your Memorial Tree.
